Wait for a Route to Become Available
We'll keep your details on file and contact you as soon as a suitable delivery round opens up in your area.

Receive Your Route Offer
You'll get an email or text with details of the available round. There's no obligation - you decide whether to accept.

Complete the Acceptance Form
If you'd like to accept the route, complete the Distributor Acceptance Form to confirm you understand our delivery procedures.

Receive Your Round Control Login
Once we've received your Acceptance Form we'll allocate your round, create your Round Control account and send your login details.

Watch the short training video and confirm you can log in, access the app and understand how to complete your route.

Receive Your Delivery Materials
Your magazines and any leaflets will normally arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday before your delivery week begins.

Deliver Your Round
Deliver all magazines and leaflets to every property on your route. All deliveries must be completed by Sunday of the same week.

Mark Your Round as Complete
Once you've finished, mark the round as complete in the Round Control app and make sure all required info is submitted.

Get Paid
Once your completed round is verified through Round Control, payment is processed in line with the agreed schedule. Congratulations - you've completed your first round!

Easy answers for our younger distributors and their grown-ups.
How old do I need to be to deliver?
You need to be 13 or older. If you're under 16, a parent or guardian needs to say yes and help you sign up. Always stay safe and deliver with a grown-up nearby if you can.
How long does a round take?
Most rounds take a few hours, spread over the week. You can do it bit by bit after school, at weekends, or whenever works for you - as long as everything is delivered by Sunday.
What if it rains?
Magazines come wrapped to help keep them dry, but it's a good idea to wear a waterproof coat and pop the magazines inside a strong bag so they stay nice for the people getting them.
What if I miss a house by mistake?
Don't worry - just pop back and post it when you can. If something goes wrong, use the Round Control app or get in touch and we'll help you sort it out.
How do I get paid?
After you finish your round and mark it complete in the Round Control app, our team checks it. Once it's confirmed, your payment goes out on our normal payment day.
What if I go on holiday?
Just let us know in advance and we'll arrange cover for your round so no homes get missed. Your route will still be waiting for you when you're back.
Is there a grown-up I can ask for help?
